For over 20 years, I have empowered hundreds of students with Executive Function skills, Writing & College Admission Essay Coaching.

As an executive function coach and writing specialist for students at all levels – including those with neurodivergence/ADHD – I help unleash and enhance my students’ confidence and academic performance. This experience helps my clients optimize their deeper intellectual and creative selves while realizing their academic goals with a greatly heightened state of flow.

 I use a wide variety of tools to enhance my students’ academic toolkits, including effective organizational systems, critical-thinking strategies, neuroscience-backed mindfulness practices, and flow state coaching.

I have coached a diverse range of students from across the Bay Area, including those from Berkeley High, Oakland Tech, Piedmont High, and premier independent schools like College Prep, Head-Royce, and Lick-Wilmerding.

With a background in Sociology & Literature, I have served as a teacher at Berkeley High School and multiple East Bay liberal arts schools, and received my Teaching Credential/MA through UC Berkeley.

My current students are thriving in the midst of their college careers at an impressive array of institutions, including Brown, Yale, Carnegie Mellon, Emory, and UC Berkeley, as well as UCLA, USC, Pomona, Lewis and Clark, and Reed. As a college admissions essay specialist, I find immense fulfillment in guiding students year after year as they secure admission to their first-choice colleges.
